EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Left cornerback Asante Samuel and wide recevier DeSean Jackson are active and expected to start for the Eagles today against the Giants in a major divisional road battle that has playoff implications, but right tackle Winston Justice won't play.

Justice will miss his second straight game from a knee injury and will be replaced again by third-year reserve King Dunlap, who started last Sunday against the Cowboys. This will be Dunlap's fourth start of the season and first againts the Giants, one of the NFL's top pass-rushing teams. The Eagles are 2-1 so far when he starts.

Samuel, a three-time Pro Bowl defensive back who missed the past three games with a sprained knee, is still the NFL leader with seven interceptions. Jackson, also a Pro Bowler, comes off his four-catch, 210-yard effort against the Cowboys. A foot injury he sustained in that game limited him in practice last week.

The returns of Jackson and Samuel give the Eagles their best offensive player and best defensive player for a pivotal road game between 9-4 teams that will help decide the winner of the NFC East with just two more games left after today. The Eagles beat the Giants last month, 27-17,  at Lincoln Financial Field.

Also inactive for the Eagles is defensive end Derrick Burgess, who the team brought back last week to fill the void left by Brandon Graham's trip to IR following his season-ending knee injury.

Other inactives: LB Stewart Bradley, LB Keenan Clayton, DE Derrick Burgess, CB Brandon Hughes, OT Austin Howard, TE Garrett Mills, QB Mike Kafka.
